okay so apparently pickle dogs are a purely minnesotan thing to eat? i feel so upset that more people don’t know this exists.

pickle dog/minnesota sushi (serves one)

one dill pickle

one or two slices of deli pastrami or roast beef (or lettuce/wrap of some kind)

cream cheese

-put the cream cheese on the meat

-put the pickle on the cheese-meat

-roll

-optional- slice into 1/2-1 in. thick rounds for “sushi”

-vegetarians (aka me) can use lettuce or any sort of wrap (like for a burrito)

enjoy bitches
