Pickled Green Chili

Ingredients:
4-5 pieces of green chilis, cut in slices
60 grams of white sugar
120ml of vinegar
1/4 tsp of salt
1. Cut chili into slices, and remove seeds
2. Blanch for 45 seconds in hot water. Drain well
3. Mix white sugar, salt and vinegar till sugar is well dissolved.
4. Add the green chilis to the glass jar, and fill it up with vinegar & sugar mixture.
5. Put the glass jar in the fridge.
6. Pickled green chilis are ready after an overnight in the fridge.
