Pickle Sliders are a tasty take on regular sliders. They have mini burger patties that are juicy and are topped with dill pickles, diced onions, and melted cheddar cheese. Great as a snack, an appetizer, or a dish for a party!
Ingredients: 12 small slider buns. 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup sliced dill pickles. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Ketchup and mustard for topping.
Instructions: Preheat grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and shape them into mini burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the burger patties for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, split the slider buns in half and toast them on the grill for about 1 minute until lightly browned. Assemble the sliders by placing a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top each patty with sliced pickles, diced onion, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. Add ketchup and mustard as desired, then place the top half of the bun on top to complete the sliders. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Pickle Sliders!
