I feel like creating an urban legend… *rubs hands with vicious intent in my eyes*
So the urban legend goes… Whenever you wake up or are awake at exactly 3:14 (not 3:13 or 3:15, exactly 3:14) in the morning; Pi(e) Hour. You HAVE to bake a pie to ward off the monster that can smell you being awake at 3:14 for some reason. Why bake a pie? He hates the smell of freshly baked, you guessed it, PIE! So it's basically a talisman to shoo him off. If you DON'T, the monster called Torta Pica will be able to smell you being awake at 3:14 and will come to eat you (but he has to travel from the 3rd nearest graveyard so that buys you time to bake a pie (convenient right??)). You have the time to bake a pie until the break of dawn because then he disappears like a shadow in the light.
