Hi, my name is Carmen and I am a volunteer for @lgbtbookstoprisoners. My favorite part about volunteering at this organization is that I feel like I work in Santa's workshop. I get to read very personal letters from LGBTQ prisoners, get to fulfill their books on their wish list to the best of my ability and write back to them with words of encouragement to stay positive despite their situation. #piecingtogetherchange
