Ingredients: 1 sheet of pre-made pie crust. 2 cups of sliced apples. 1/2 cup of cranberries. 1/4 cup of brown sugar. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. 1 egg beaten, for egg wash.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Spread the pie crust out on a tart pan. Apple slices, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a bowl. Cover the pie crust with the apple mixture and spread it out evenly. To make a rough edge, fold the edges of the pie crust over the filling. Brush the egg wash around the edges of the crust to make them golden. When it's done, the crust should be golden brown and the filling should be bubbling. Let it cool down a bit before you serve it.
