Hey there! Welcome to the Kernersville Community Garden blog. Let's get right into it! Provided the weather does not call for a wash out, this Saturday is when we will be tilling the land allotted to us at Civitan Park. The Forsyth County Co-Op Extension office has been kind enough to lend us a tiller since Maree, a friend of Brianne's and gardener participant, completed community gardener mentoring with their new coordinator, Allison!
When the land is tilled, the peas will go out! The tomatoes are sprouting, the peppers are doing well and this week, watermelon seeds will be started indoors as well!
Exciting times abound!
