Times Square in 1971. A huge ad for No-Cal soda. That shit was nasty. Had the aftertaste of a middle school chemistry experiment.

ArtFight revenge on Carl_Gooseman! This character, Flappy, is an anthro flamingo who is made partially out of notebook paper sketches "glitched" into our reality. It's such a neat concept, and I wanted to animate him with different pages appearing and fading out, as his sketch form becomes more messy and muddled with school notes and doodles. Flappy doesn't let it bother him TOO much, it seems.
I learned a lot by playing around with different transparency layers and masks here. I also spent WAY too much time meticulously coming up with notes to fill the pages (half of which were discarded when I "cut out" the pages anyway >< ). English homework, doodles, to-do lists, calculus notes, sketches, anime eyes... and of course, the iconic "sharpened S thingy".
