I don't think Close Friend 2 gets enough credit as the cute, credible mini series it is. I loved this workplace drama so fucking much. BL in adult life, with adult problems, and adult relationships. I was so surprised at the genuine emotion of it. I truly hope we get a season 3.

season 1 tells the prequel to PiercePhoon's and JediRay's relationships so if you want to know how they got together etc. then you should probably take a look. PiercePhoon is episode 1, JediRay is episode 6. However I wouldn't say you need it in order to understand the plot in season 2. There is a short recap at the beginning of season 2 so if you watch that, you should be good to go 😉
