He's not really bothered by the fact that he died like a few weeks before the actual revolutionary war began because in his perspective it's genuinely all the same as if it happened decades or centuries after his death
She does have in mind the specific scenarios of "Counter revolutionary" = her having sex with any empire military officers or David Sokolov of the Faustians and "Defamatory of deceased comrades" = porn featuring Faust where shes doing something illicit or having sex with a man. I decided he's being kind of standoffish because while this is a normal question and he has rehearsed a way to answer it without giving away his real identity, he doesn't know who you are so he's immediately assuming you're an empire citizen so he's just already pissed off.
