Pork inspo: Bone-in chops were soaked all day in a mixture of yogurt and chili-garlic sauce, then dredged in a mixture of potato chips and panko and baked at 350° for 50 minutes. Alongside, Yukon wedges with evoo, s & p. I told you about the spinach the other day, will post the squash later...A quick sauce made from guchujang, mayo, lemon, and sour cream. Every day they clean out the bins at the clearance center and little treasures like this get tossed into the clothes by the pound pile or even landfill. I reluctantly put this back and tried to make sure it was on the pile that would still be there tomorrow. I thought maybe this fun little quilted piece which was signed by the way, could find a new home, new life. Imagine my dismay when the bin I put it in was cleared away later this afternoon.
