So you may remember I have been posting about EDS awareness month... well this is the last one! I decided to colour in this picture of zebras as my final post. I used the @pigment_app to colour in the zebras rainbow colours using a glitter effect and then attempted to make the background a more traditional pattern. So who do people with EDS look to zebras as there mascot? Doctors in training are told when they hear hoofbeats think horses not zebras. However sometimes the hoofbeats are a zebra - this is one of the reasons EDS is so Under diagnosed, neglected in terms of research and why it can be so hard to get a diagnosis in the first place. Many people wait years often not being believed, being labelled as mentally ill or hypochondriac before getting a diagnosis. So why are my zebras rainbow and glittery? First off a group of zebras is called a dazzle so glitter had to be done. My first Cuphead OC! They’re a cottagecore wooden bowl and can tuck lots of things inside their belts. They’d get along great with Cuphead (and make Mugman and Elder Kettle worry XD.) They’re afraid of heights and water!
