3. Does your character have an accent? What does it sound like?

That… I don’t actually know. Perhaps if anything there might be a Japanese accent? But it’s really hard to say, simply since the Hunter x Hunter world is so different from our own that I wouldn’t even know what races or languages there are. And the written dialect we’re shown is rather unique in itself.

19. If your character was suddenly challenged, would they rather run away or stay and fight?

If he could win, he would certainly stay and fight. If he knew he would lose he would retreat. He may be a trained killer, but the last thing he would do would be throw himself into a fight he knows he wouldn’t be able to win.

20. If your character was allowed to murder one person without consequences, who would that person be and why?

Two people immediately popped into mind. But if he could only murder one without consequences. I think it would have to be Gon. Killua had finally come home from the hunter exam, and then Gon and his friends came to get Killua and take him away again. While it isn’t certain, it seems likely that the brother Kalluto wants to get back is Killua. Which would lead him to hating Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika for taking his brother away from him, and probably, he would hope, that if he killed them, his brother would return of his own free will.

6. If you were to pick one song — and only one song — to describe your character, what would it be and why?

How do You Love Someone: Porcelain Black (I promise it’s not as sappy as the title suggests!)

I could be here all night explaining why, but the lyrics should be pretty self explanatory as they stand. To sum it up briefly, I relate it to the fact she’s incapable (or believes herself to be) of forming attachment to others. 

14. Are they a team player or do they prefer to be solo?

Contrast to her belligerent personality and not-so-polished social skills, Revy favours collaboration over flying solo. Her preference is largely due to the added benefits of teamwork, especially in her line of expertise she’s conscious her skills alone aren’t enough to get the bigger (consequentiality, better paid jobs) done. That being said, it’s all highly dependant on who the people assembling said team are, given her major trust issues she won’t play nice with just anybody.

22. Does your character trust people right off the bat or does it take them some time to warm up to someone?

*Looks up to last sentence of previous headcanon* As per aforementioned trust issues, Revy’s not the type who instantly warms to people - very much the opposite. She goes into most relationships expecting the other party to attempt a screw over at some point, even if they’re being vouched for by someone in her selective trust circle, it’s not enough. 

Though it’s not impossible at all to earn both her trust and fondness. Just expect to go through countless spells of abuse, rejection, death threats etc before it gets to that stage. Once it does, it’s all cool from there (kindof).

[Uwah! What iridescent hair! It was like the owner was mimicking a beetle or something! ...What a funny thing to be thinking. Yet there he was watching the hair sway back and forth. Now why did that seem so familiar? It couldn't be... could it? There was a mild sense of doubt, but seriously, what sane person had hair like that? If it wasn't Maki-chan, it was a clone or something like that... What a frightening thought that was!

Immediately the cellphone was freed from the teen's pocket, the number he knew off memory being logged into the phone. If it was Maki-chan, he'd hear the phone of the other going off, most definitely! He better answer! He definitely better answer! The climber moved so he was pressed against a wall of the nearest building, peeking around the corner to continue watching the green and red haired 'beetle' that was walking down the street. He didn't really care if people saw him or thought he was strange, when it came to Maki-chan, it didn't matter how lame he might have ended up looking, after all.]

"Ring, ring, ring. Maki-chan, pick up."

[Toudou mumbled into his phone willing a response on the other end, or even a glance down at the cell.]
