“He.”
A short moment of silent laughter, shoulders shaking just a bit as he peers closer at the child before he loots the wallet of the person whose soul he just ate and is being digested into his body. The darkness served him well, and so did the money inside the random person wallet. Poor person, poor, poor human being. To be in such a dangerous city to begin with, is what made them so pitiful.
“Humans called us, for a time. Vampires. But we don’t suck blood, we devour their souls. Leaving nothing but ashes once were done with our meal.”
“What will you do than? After seeing my interesting display?”
A vampire? With what was just witnessed? It didn't sound like your average vampire. Eyes were once again on the remains of the 'meal'. It was impossible to deny the fact that the ability was something illogical by the standards of the world the child came from. There was no nen aura that was attached either.
Again, the question was repeated, though in a different form than previously. The child's mind was hard at work already taking in all the possible options. "That will depend on you." The words were blunt and honest. "If I attempt to fight you, I'll lose. They," a hand pointed to the clothes that had remained. "Hardly matter to me. And I have no reason to share this information, as of yet." In other words, the child would chose to do nothing in this situation. There was no need for any actions to be taken unless he was prompted to take them.
