Here is my first ever fanvid!!! (˶ ° ᵕ ° ˶ );;;

I absolutely LOVE watching fanvids and have mad respect for those creative enough to make them on the regular.

I've never made one before ever in my life because I feel like video-editing is a whole 'nother ballgame (different from making fanarts or writing fanfics) -- but thanks to the Gallavich Newbies Week 2026 hosted by @gallavichthings , I finally challenged myself and tried my hand at it 🎉

The song is "Genghis Khan" by Miike Snow, and I think the lyrics fit first-seasons Gallavich so much so that's the one I went with!

Narrowing down the scenes to use was a ✨process✨ because I kept getting distracted and ended up downloading loads more screencaps than I needed 😅

Anyway! I'm pretty happy with the end result, even if I can't quite get the pacing right and I didn't get to use all the clips/scenes I wanted lol

I hope you enjoyed watching the vid as much as I enjoyed making it!! 🩵🧡🖤♥️

I hope it's okay to submit two creations for Gallavich Newbies Week 2026 🤩

I edited the first video I made because I felt like some scenes in the original one didn't quite fit the video - but then I got carried away and made a 3-minute version! 😝

Again I had so much fun, but I am just a beginner in this and I made it just using CapCut on my phone~ But I hope you'll give it a watch nonetheless!

(Trigger warning for flashing lights in the middle of the video, where Ian and Mickey are in the club.)
