i love both!!

as for bread on its own, i prefer to eat softer breads like rolls and buns since crunchier breads tend to hurt my mouth! i think my favorite bread for savory things is rosemary sourdough and my favorite bread for sweet things like french toast is brioche :]

i love baking!! i feel that i haven’t been really good at it lately like my last several recipes haven’t really turned out, but i still enjoy it! it’s a nice activity for when i feel overwhelmed by school or art to just empty my mind to :3 i also like learning how to make new things! my favorite thing to bake is bread products, but i also like making cream based things like puddings and custards or jams to go into pies, buns, eclairs, or creampuffs!

i think my favorite things that i've baked overall are a cinnamon braided loaf, rosemary bread rolls, and custard filled buns!
