Pineapple Jelly
Yesterday, for the first time in years, I brought home a jar of pineapple jelly. I’d forgotten how much I used to like it. It was a lot like running into an old girlfriend. You talk. You laugh. You find yourself wondering why in the world you ever broke up with her. It’s not until hours later, when it’s much too late, that you remember--oh, right. She’s made almost entirely of corn syrup and ground up cow hooves.

Pineapple Jelly 菠蘿果凍 (附食譜)
自上次做完 Grape Jelly 後。。這次來玩個簡易版菠蘿果凍。。
利用 Robertsons Powder (菠蘿味)。。再加 3 -4 塊罐頭菠蘿。。
切細備用。。然後可選擇加不加入罐頭菠蘿水亦可。。
材料:(以 200ml 杯大概可做 3 - 4 杯)
Robertsons Powder (菠蘿味)
1 包
水
500ML
罐頭菠蘿
3 - 4 塊
做法:
1) 把罐頭菠蘿切細,備用
2) 準備煮沸好的水,把Robertsons Powder (菠蘿味)加入,然後一起攪匀
3) 把切細好的罐頭菠蘿適量地放進果凍杯裡
4) 最後把攪匀好的step2也倒入果凍杯,待放涼後放入雪櫃至凝固即可
我的做法外加一項。。我覺得罐頭菠蘿水倒掉有點浪費。。
就這樣喝掉又會很甜。。所以我也加進 step 2 裡一起攪匀。。
本來也怕這樣魚膠粉會不夠。。想加多點魚膠粉但又不知本身的份量。。
雖然最後沒有再加魚膠粉。。但完成後效果也不錯。。
本身Robertsons Powder (菠蘿味) 已是很甜。。
如果怕甜者可再加 100ml水。。
只是放進雪櫃雪至凝固的時間長一點會較好。。
因為我先把Robertsons Powder (菠蘿味) 倒入量杯。。再加煮沸好的水。。
又把剩餘的罐頭菠蘿水倒入。。這樣已差不多600ml水了。。
