I got some new carnivorous plants. These are pinguiculas, also known as butterworts. I think they weren’t labeled right. The top one was labeled as P. Moranensis and the bottom was labeled as P. Weser. I believe that the bottom one is P. Moranensis and the top one might be P. “El Mirador” or P. sethosXgracillis, I really don’t have a clue. I know that P. Weser is P. Ehlersiae and P. Moranensis crossed together and from there is either propagated by leaf cuttings/pullings. The top one might be a cross between P. Ehlersiae and P. Moranensis but just not thee P. Weser. I paid the same price for both and I bought them knowing that they were probably miss labeled but I liked how they looked, so...yeah. If anyone knows what these guys are please let me know. I’m pretty sure that both of these are Mexican butterworts and will keep treating them as such.
