Want to start writing LITG fics?
But not exactly sure where to start? Every month, the Reddit page r/LITGFanFiction does a prompt competition. This month, the prompt is:
Write a fic from the POV of one of the Casa Amor boys or girls
You'll need both a Reddit account and an Archive of our Own account to be able to enter (so join the queue to create an AO3 account if you haven't got one already!) You can submit pretty much anonymously (as is the nature of Reddit) and it's a great way to dip your toe into writing if you want to start.
The Rules
Must be uploaded to Archive of our Own
Must be uploaded by the 21st of the month, midnight GMT.
7,500-word limit (Doesn't have to be nearly that long though!)
Author's note should be attached at the beginning stating "Monthly prompt competition from r/LITGFanFiction on Reddit"
One-shots (one chapter) only. If you want to keep going with your story afterward, please do so after the following month's prompt has been posted.
Must not be a one-shot you've already posted that happens to fit the prompt.
The winner is decided via an anonymous poll vote on the subreddit. a few days after entries close.
Prize
Bragging rights / glory, and a little star in your user flair on the subreddit.
