We've been around 57 years!!!!!!! Mary Kay Ash was a real woman who started this business with small pockets and big goals for empowering other women, at a time when women could not succeed in the corporate world.

We are NOT MLM structure. We have our OWN system to the way we can move up into promotions, but everyone makes the same amount off the product (50%)! We also ALL have a DIRECT relationship with the company. Personally, I would not get into direct sales unless it was an upstanding company. We are actually still family run and offer many different roads to success.
