Further elaboration: Jonghyun being Onew's bandmate and who also happens to be Doctor!FranKey's childhood friend (or they're related Idk). Minho's some physiotherapist who also happens to work in the same hospital as Key (unless they were friends who set up a clinic together) and Taemin is... idek what he would be. Maybe JongYu's stylists. Or maybe the receptionist at MinKey's clinic. Onew gets sick while they're on vacation, Jjong takes him to be examined by Key. Jjong witness the whole thing decide to set them up. Minho sees it too and also wants in on the action.

Taemin is forever clueless.

I just know that the overall story has our protagonist as a fugitive who keeps escaping by going all around the world and taking on different identities. Tbh I'd most like to see pilot!Key or doctor!key with OnDrew. The fugitive/fake IDs part would most likely complicate the whole love story too much lol.
