Pink Goal Journal #1
I tried Pilates for the first time, yay! Even though it's hard it leaves my body feeling very firm and relaxed.
I'm excited to do this diet/new life style stuff! However, i will miss my cheese burgers and french fries... :(
What i really want my body to look like though, basicly my dream body, or whaterver you wanna call it, I want it to be like so:
I want to keep my butt, somewhat. I just want it to be more toned and maybe a lil smaller if possible.
I dislike my thighs, but i think i'm starting to come to terms that its just something i'm born with, especially sense i'm part African American and all. So if my inner thigh could just get a little smaller and slimmer i'd be happy.
My tum tums is alright, but it could be smaller. I see that i have an hour glass shape laying beneath the cheeseburger-muffin-tops, so a bit of sculpting and some cardio and i'm goood.
my calves will probably maintain their shape so, whether they lose or not is whatever.
hopefully i finish out strong \ ^_^ /
