n e ways.... abt that lactose intolerance thing, the majority of the global population is lactose intolerant so JOT THAT DOWN. the only reason milk is so normalized is bc of colonization. we aren't even supposed to drink milk passed breastfeeding age bc the body stops producing the enzyme that breaks down lactose SOOOOO there u go ily ashley
