open to: anyone  plot: smoking cigarettes on the roof . you look so pretty and I love this view . we fell in love in october ; that’s why I love fall . looking at the stars , admiring from a far . ( we fell in love in october by girl in red )

    GEMMA CAN’T LOOK AWAY FROM THE OTHER  as they light the cigarette dangling between precious lips that begged to be kissed . god how she’s dreamed of kissing them . all summer she had watched them from afar . she wasn’t the type to go after what she wanted , the type to speak up — she much rather watch as a background character . continuously pinning after her best friend . it wasn’t until the other placed the cool metal zippo in to the palm of her hand that she snapped out of it . gemma muttered a thank you before lighting her own cigarette . a puff of smoke is exhaled in to the cool autumn air . squinted eyes watch as the hazy cloud billows out in to the night sky . “ do you think we’ll always be like this ? ” she finally speaks up . “ side by side , partners in crime ? even after we leave this town . ”
