Dancing Daisies
She plucks the petals from her lash,
These dancing daisies create dance
That gaze the eyes but do not last,
With laughter leading to the crash.
This silent pulse breaks from the trance,
Her body fixates on each chance
Withdrawing from love face to face,
But toes tap under faulty shake.
One daisy moves up to the race,
A new day searching for a place,
The moment clear of conclusion,
And sanity heals delusion.
