You know all those "Pinterest Fails" you see and you're all "pfft. Only if you're really useless could you stuff up something so simple"?

on todays episode of pinterest pisses me the fuck off ,

they've disabled comments on a pin of mine probably using their shit ai & customer support has decided that Not fixing it is a good idea....??? so i'm ranting on tumblr about it 😭 not that i blame the customer support employee, it's pinterest that's shitass

ok so let's go through this for a sec

the pin with comments disabled vs a pin exactly like it with comments enabled (both with the same words; aside from the right one mentioning my cuffs, they're exactly the same)

the email i got back after asking for my pin to be forwarded to technical support so they could fix what i thought was an obvious mistake from the ai algorithm

and finally what i've just written back & am waiting for a response to

yes i have no email etiquette sorry

if they genuinely still look at that as offensive after reviewing my other pin then i'm genuinely going to go insane padded walls like wtaf this is balls
