New PiP Verse Enemy Concept featuring the Ceruse Lady!

The Ceruse Ladies are these spindly, pale mannequin-like androids that are found in department stores and on the streets nearby, designed to only wear pretty outfits/excessive makeup/gaudy accessories and advertise the products they brandish. Ceruse Ladies, unfortunately, have the tendency to malfunction and it isn’t uncommon to see their eye pop out or to see “blemishes” that show up on their skin while informing shoppers about the dress it wears. Some are also said be notoriously… “jealous” of other types of robots and they may lash out on an unlucky robot that they don’t like.

When Porcelain comes along, the Ceruse Ladies will stay completely still and observe them from a distance. Should Porcelain disturb them, whether by getting too close or attempting to steal items off of them, the Ceruse Ladies will quickly chase after them, violently slashing at Porcelain with their birdlike claws meant for attacking shoplifters.

While Porcelain can avoid them by keeping their distance, it should be noted that these vicious robots can have rare items or medicine on their person and sometimes Porcelain must get close in order to progress, inevitably evoking the Ceruse Ladies’ envious wrath…

Redesign of my dear sweet Porcelain, now available in a more monstrous appearance with teeth and a second pair of spindly hind legs to help support their new bulky, shambling flesh form... They still fuckin shredded tho lmao.

Yet Another Redesign and Rewrite for Pip Verse…

It’s the enigmatic Mara, a human, an “enemy to the public” in the town of Piccadilly, and the local lesbian goth gf. Years back, a teenage Mara was part of a underground group of rebels consisting of fellow humans (who like her) were taken away from Earth as young children to Piccadilly only to be trapped there, mistreated robots, and ‘defective’ Piccadillians. The group’s goal was to overthrow the Piccadilly Council of the time and to escape from the strange world that Piccadilly rests isolated in an empty, uninhabitable wasteland devoid of life.

At first, this rebellion seemed to be successful, with the old Council cowardly retreating from their positions at the first sight of attack and presumably, they were never to be seen nor heard from again. However, as fighting breaks out between the rebels and the loyal citizens, an unexpected opposition in the form of five kids, inculcated by a particular sweet talking feline into leading the fight against the “bad guys” who were “trying to destroy happiness in the world”. Thanks to the Power of Friendship™ (and weaponry that shouldn’t be entrusted to children Ever), the civilians win the fight and either kill them, forced them into submission, or to drive them out.

Mara manages to escape to outskirts of town, attempting avoid the watchful eye of the new Council, now run by the same children who defeated her in the past. Years go by and Mara still remains hiding in the shadows, struggling to survive outside Piccadilly. By now, all hopes for a chance to return home are futile… until a certain parasite infested android gets loose…

Slight Redesign of Lilly Brûlée !!!

Tried to make her outfit a bit more interesting and easier to draw lmao. Also made her eyes more Larger (and Soullessly Sparkly), her nose/mouth super small, and her head’s proportions larger since I want the Piccadillians to seem human-like but slightly off… The best way to describe what I’m aiming for are like, theme park mascots. The closest one to what I imagine what the Piccadillians would look like irl would be the Rainbow Brite one from the live action specials…

While we’re on the subject:

• Piccadillians are a LOT taller than they look. They may seem like they’re toddler sized here but the average height ranges from 5'5 ft - 6'10 ft • They usually have four digits on each extremity. To have five or more is considered to be hideous in Piccadilly Society. • They don’t have real “skin”. Or at least, a fleshy epidermis like humans: their skin is a soft fabric-like material. •Their insides are soft and plushy, like a stuffed animal. “Blood” is oozing red yarn. They don’t have a detectable pulse or heartbeat… nor do they breathe in that matter. •The large eyes are able to pick up light in dark areas and lots of movement. Their eyesight is scarily good. •They tend to move stiffly and inhumanly with their stubby legs (very off putting to see em in action)! • The facial expressions are very limited. Similar to how some Disney mascots sometimes blink and the mouths open/close due a unit that synchronizes voice tracks with facial movements. • They make up for poor mobility with their exceptional strength and manipulation tactics. • Piccadillians are all designed to be identical to each other since they’re all manufactured*. Any “defects” found in the factories are immediately incinerated.

*Why the Piccadillians were created in the first place will be revealed later bc its a big spoiler can’t ruin it now lmao ;3c

After way too long, I bring in a fresh n brand new second boss into the PIP verse scene! Some spoilers and some death mention warnings up ahead! After defeating Lilly Brûlée, Lemuel enters in on Porcelain and sees that his beloved wife is dead at the hands of the very android that he had always deeply hated and was envious of, he snaps, and tries to kill them in a fit of rage. He chases them around the mansion with a flamethrower, but now Porcelain has the chance escape from the manor as Lemuel begins to try to burn the entire house down in a final attempt to kill them. Porcelain manages to get out in time. As the home collapses, he realizes that he had destroyed everything he loved after he becomes trapped in the burning mansion. He ends up heading to room where Lilly was in and lets the flames consume them both. They leave from the now charred ruins of the Brûlée Manor, Porcelain is forced to hide from the authorities and must take refuge somewhere away from the remains of the estate. This "somewhere" happens to be a sort of unpopular, historical theater far away from the wreckage. Since most of the citizens and enemies seemed to avoid the grounds and time not being on their side, this seemed like a good idea. Of course, there's a good reason why many didn't go near this theater. Enter the strange denizen of the Iridella Theatre, "Mousey", a creepy lil former child actress who doesn't want to let go of her past earthly life as an actress (she was taken away as a human child, much like Mara or the members of the council) . Mousey's name comes from a character's nickname she used to play on a sitcom and, oddly enough, the strange tendrils that resembles mouse tails that are kept underneath her billowy cloak. Unlike the other bosses, she does not show loyalty to the Piccadilly Council and as an act of petty defiance, she took over the Iridella Theatre and made it her home. Mousey sees Porcelain as nothing more than a toy to use as either a reluctant audience member or (when she's in a particularly rotten mood) force them to take part in her "plays", often subjecting Porcelain in horrific torment. The only fruitful way get her to stop toying with you is to confront her, though who knows what she'd do to you if you said "no" to her whims....
