"You asleep?" The blonde heard her husband ask from the other side of the bed, causing her to shift a bit as she turned to face him. She had never been a super heavy sleeper, and everything going on in their lives now, she couldn't stay asleep to save her life. "Mm... I was... What's going on, baby? Everything okay?" Alexa asked before she let her head rest against his chest, closing her eyes again as she made herself comfortable.

Would she ever after today? If disappointment was a disease it would be chronic and might as well be fatal to her lifespan since it was well documented and synonymous with her veteran career, “Please...I can’t take a joke right now.” Nattie begged, walking into her husband-to-be in the hallway. Caring about what her coworkers or those hyperbole wrestling dirt sheets would say about the Chicagoan backstage was the lowest priority and he’d agree. “I just need you to hold me.”

he'd been watching a game downstairs while april had been showering. she'd snagged one of his t-shirts that had his logo on it, the shirt falling almost to her knees. chocolate locks had been left down to air dry, as she made her way to the living room. lips curled into a grin as she eyed him up on the couch, feeling that need come to rest between bare thighs. moving closer, april delicately placed herself in his lap, wiggling until she was comfortable.

lips pressed a kiss to the corner of his mouth before head rested against his shoulder. she sat there innocently as the game played in the background, but april's focus was on something else entirely. shifted her head, lips finding the flesh of his neck and trailing teasing kisses. went she got to the spot where neck met shoulder, teeth nibbled at the flesh, only pulling back when she was satisfied with the dark purple mark she'd left. chestnut hues sought alive as lips curled into a smirk.

Lexi was beyond excited, with the announcement of Phil heading back to work and now with the news she had just gotten. While the two of them had talked about trying for a baby, she hadn’t thought it would happen this quickly. “You’re going to be such an amazing dad, I just know it.” Lexi grinned, arms wrapped around her husband tightly. “I am going to miss you though since you’re heading back to work.” She pouted, her eyes meeting his.

Pay Per View days were always so chaotic, all sorts of talent and stagehands were running off getting from point A to point B in a rush. It's amazing how everything manages to come together in the end, especially for an event as big as All Out. Despite being on the opposing side of A.EW's rival company, Mandy showed up backstage. She figured she was already in hot water with W.WE in regards to her subscription page so why be afraid of visiting Phil? What's the worst they could do at this point? Fire her? It really wasn't a big concern to her anymore. The night came to a close rather quickly and after Phil had competed, he'd been under major scrutiny regarding his comments at the press conference. However, as much as Mandy's employment status was concerned, it was surely the least of his worries too. Just one look at Phil and she knew he was hurt, he didn't even have to utter the words for her to know. She knew just by the look in his eye at this point. Finally, the two were in their own private space in the hotel room and she was happily assisting him with peeling his clothing off. He thanked her just as Amanda turned to twist the shower knob to hot, "I would be here for you even if you weren't hurt right now. You should know this, babe."

†    Gionna had a crazy night on Friday, even if it was receiving a kick to the face when taunting her best friends opponent as Liv. Now she can be herself as she was outside the ring. She was just wished they were giving the opportunity to become champion, even if she was tag team champions. Of course there was one person she complained to about this because sometimes she thought she needed to let it out. Now even if she watched her own friend lose, she was still happy for any screen time. She had quickly changed out of the outfit she was wearing to stand outside of the ring. She had taken a cab home instead of driving that night. She grabbed her keys out her bag before opening up the door and letting herself inside of the house. She dropped her bag right at the door before walking further inside of the home. “What are you doing?” She teased the man who was inside of the living room.

 SHE  DEBATED  ON  HER  ANSWER  FOR  A  BEAT.  there  were  a  hundred  things  she  could  have  said.  each  one  coy  and  teasing.  the  same  light  energy  that  they  brought  to  most  things  with  one  another.  it  was  safe  and  comfortable  and  why  rock  the  boat?  but  as  ruby  looked  back  at  him,  his  expression  soft,  the  smirk  playing  at  her  lips  faded.  her  hand  came  up  to  cradle  one  side  of  his  jaw.  her  thumb  traced  the  stubble  that  peppered  his  face.

 "  someone  who  gives  a  shit . . . about  his  work . . . about  his  friends . . . about  me?  "  the  inflection  in  her  tone  raised  ever  so  slightly  on  that  last  bit  -  a  soft  question.  she  stared  at  him  another  moment  in  the  silence  before  her  dark  lips  quirked  into  a  half  grin  once  again.  "  but  mostly  I  see  an  old  man  who  is  incredibly  pissed  that  I  can  kick  his  ass  at  Street  Fighter.  "
