Pirates! #2. Captain Blynde. This pirate captain was known as having the handicap of both eyes gouged out and wearing double eyepatches. He was the originator of the handicap docking space and the first braille treasure map. He could also distinguish the race of local prostitutes simply by feeling up their breasts.
