Trouble on Prose Island
Luna reached down and physically picked up on of the apples in the market stall, using the hands of the human form that she had taken to grip it and pull it up to examine the fruit critically. Her beauty was absolutely stunning to most passers-by, and despite the fact that she was not being anywhere near overly-sexual, she was the subject of many lascivious stares at her body. She pointedly ignored them, and when they began to stare for overly long, she simply gave them a glare reinforced by a small amount of Haki in order to send them along their way.
The way she moved seemed just slightly awkward, as if she were not used to the range of motion that her body had, though it was not so evident as to attract anymore attention than she was already receiving. The truth was that the woman, while extraordinarily beautiful, was not actually human. In fact, she was a member of a race that she had gone to great lengths to ensure was never discovered, the Equestrians. Normally, crafting an entire body and learning how to use it would be impossible for any one member of her species, but she was different from the rest of ponykind.
She was Luna Equis, Princess of Equestria and the Alicorn of the night.
It had been many times that she and her sister, Celestia, had been worshiped as Goddesses due to their incredible powers. To craft a human form in order to go unnoticed in a town was no more effort to her than a normal person would have when they picked up the apple she was currently holding. Speaking of which, she was currently attempting to determine if she should get a few bushels of apples to store on the ship, or if it was worth the effort of preserving them.
It was just when she was wondering if carrots would not be a more nutritious choice that a large crash rang out from one of the stalls, attracting the attention of every person in the market place as one of the stalls was reduced to splinters. Luna looked over in alarm, reflexively straining her shoulder muscles until she remembered that, in this form, her wings were not available to her. Honestly, she wasn't sure how these humans coped with such limited bodies.
At the epicenter of the event, a large, well-muscled pirate was holding a helpless shopkeeper by the collar of his shirt, a sadistic grin on his face as the man whimpered in fear. The pirate in question, for there was no doubt that's what he was, bore a large, spiraling tattoo that ran all the way down the left side of his exposed torso, and his dark skin was criss-crossed with scars. "You really shoulda paid up, geezer. Captain Stone can't protect ya when ya don't pay for his... insurance, ya dig?" he asked in a deep, gravely voice that betrayed more than just a hint of glee at what he was doing. "Now, look what happened! Yer stall got all smashed up, and all that junk you use to make yer fancy toys is destroyed," he added with a grin as he ground his heel into a pile of cogs and other mechanical parts, ruining them. "Now, why don't ya be a good little idjit an'--"
"Pardon me, but could you put that man down? You are disturbing me, and today was supposed to be fun," a calm, regal voice interrupted his rant, prompting him to look over to see who would be stupid enough to do so. His scowl immediately shifted into a grin as he beheld one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen, looking at her fingernails with a detached indifference. She glanced up at him, her bright cerulean eyes not betraying a hint of any emotion other than boredom, before she raised an eyebrow as if to ask if he were going to do what she asked of him.
The pirate smirked and almost threw the poor man in his grasp away, causing two young men who had been standing behind him to catch his bulk and prevent him from being injured by the rough treatment. "Why, I most certainly can, little missy. Why don't you come over here, though, so as we can get properly--HURGH!" he choked as a light blue aura surrounded his neck, lifting him up off of the ground and suspending him in midair. The same light blue glow surrounded two of Luna's fingers, which were pointing directly at the boorish man as she retained the same detachment that she had entered the situation with.
She pointed the two fingers down swiftly, resulting in the man's body slamming into the cobblestone street, then did it three more times, each time resulting in more blood pouring from his nose and less teeth in his mouth as they scattered all over the street. He was not quite unconscious, yet, so he still had enough mental acuity to know that the woman was now floating him up into a standing position. The hold on his neck released, though he was still too disoriented to do anything about it, and was suddenly embraced by the cool grip of unconsciousness as the beautiful woman who had just punished him strode up to him and cold-cocked him hard enough to send him flying through the air for several feet before hitting the ground, bouncing and sliding to a stop more than a dozen feet away.
Luna sighed as she rubbed her knuckles, which were slightly sore from the impact that she had just given them, before she looked around to see every member of the town that had been witness to the scene staring at her as if she were some kind of idiot. "What is the problem? Was he not a nuisance?" she asked innocently, causing them to all nod their heads up and down in unison. It was slightly creepy, but in the wake of their shock she supposed she could forgive them that. She grinned and clapped her hands, pleased that this would not cause any trouble for her in the town. "Well then, let us remove the vermin from the street, yes?"
One of the townspeople she was looking at suddenly had his eyes go wider and he wordlessly pointed behind the woman who had just so thoroughly trounced the Pirate. Luna sensed a presence behind her then, and had just enough warning that the massive hammer that was intent on crushing her head like an overripe melon sailed just a few inches above her almost ethereal blue hair. Luna rolled forward, spinning once she completed the notion so that she came face-to-face with her attacker, and could honestly say that she was faced with one of the more scary things she had seen since leaving her home continent.
A golem stood before her, made completely of solid grey stone and standing at almost eight feet tall. He wielded a warhammer that looked to be made of solid steel, with one head being a flatter, studded area while the other was a four-foot long, razor-sharp spike. His face, though limited in its range of emotion due to the fact that it was stone like the rest of him, was clearly drawn into the deepest of scowls as he hefted his weapon up onto his shoulder. Luna's eyes widened appreciatively at the sight, knowing that this must be one of the "Devil Fruit Users" she had heard so much about.
Well, so much for a relaxing day.
pirate-luffy-king Have a free ham
"Seriously, what am I going to do with this thing? I wanted money, not food." Jean whined, a large ham slung over his shoulder. His recent employment ended with the dinner going under, so, with no money to pay him, they gave Jean the cooked ham that was in the fridge.
Maybe he could give it to some one? Just as he thought this a teenager with a straw hat came walking down the street in front of him. The young man, even with muscle, looked a little on the scrawny side. Surely he could use some food!
"Hey, hey!" Jean ran up to him enthusiastically. "Here, have a ham!" He shoved the huge hunk of meet into his hands.

Padraig had hung out with Ann who asked him that of he ever spotted her little bro or sis to look out for them. Padraig was walking around a port in a small town he walked into. He then spotted a ship with a lion's head on the front.
"Hmmm....cool ship." He said happily Suddenly marines stormed the port and aimed guns, spears and swords at him and addressed him as a member of the straw hat crew since he was by their ship. He was then asked for the location of the rest of the crew,
"I-I don't know! M-Man I wish someone would help me!" He said nervously.

Natsumi had not eaten all day and she was starving. It was too far for her to walk to the guild and it really didn't help that she didn't have much money on her so she just wandered around town, sulking.
She passed by the harbor until her sharp nose caught a wiff of something, causing her to snap her attention to one boat in particular. It had a weird looking flag on it with a skull and crossbones but Natsumi obviously did not care as she followed the scent to it's source, climbing aboard the ship.
Natsumi smirked to herself. "Hehe. Looks like no one's around. I'll go swipe some food for me to eat until I get back!" she said excitedly to herself, wondering where to start looking for food.
Two are asking to fight!
