"Flesh and Blood" (S07E09, Stardate 54315.3) sets up a lot of interesting possibilities and ethical dilemmas. It makes The Doctor again choose between Voyager and his passion. We get consequences from 3 years ago! But it does not stick the landing in any consequential manner. All style, so little substance.

My episode poster evokes some memories of Predator with some of the holograms contained within the silhouette of a Hirogen hunter.

"The Killing Game, part II" (S04E19, Stardate 51715.2) wraps up almost as strongly as it started, though it does rush the finale. The story beats are pretty predictable but they are enjoyable.
