The Sun enters Pisces, February 18th - March 19th, initiating a cycle of creativity,  spirituality,  sensitivity and compassion.  This is a sign that feels everything for better or worse and has  a habit of wanting to escape reality.

Pisces is a mutable sign.  Mutable signs signify change, the end of the old and preparation for the new, periods of transition.    Mutable signs are very adaptable, mainly because of their strong mental capacity.   Pisces is a water sign, flowing with fluidity through life, sometimes in opposite directions, as indicating by their symbol of the two fish.  

The eternal introvert, this sign has the ability to be very susceptible to outside influences and go within to escape, in order to maidan  equilibrium.    Ruled by Neptune, Pisces can be difficult to understand., but if approached with sympathy and understanding it’s easier to get along with them and find  mutual rapport.  They have a tendency to see the good in people/situations which often leads to being victimized, taken advantage of in some way.  When reality sets in they’re often disappointed and hurt.

Being exposed to crowds can be exhausting for Pisces because they’re extremely intuitive, even psychic and can therefore absorb the energies, good or bad from their surroundings and people, very easily.  Spiritual  protection is  a must for this sign.

Pisces, ruled by Neptune, resides in the 12th house of the zodiac,  which represents endings large institutions secret enemies karmic debt, all forms of spirituality, the hidden, escapism and all things of  a visual nature, film, video, music and dancing, to name a few.  

Pisces is a romantic, seeing and feeling love in its purest form,  Their best traits are, romanticism,  compassion, sensitivity, humility, intuition snd creativity,.   Not so good traits are,  being vague, indecisive, evasive, careless, secretive and not dealing with the physical world.  They also like animals.

Pisces does well in creative, visual and spiritual forms of work , where their  sensitivity, compassion, intuition,  romanticism is needed., seeing what others cannot see makes then a valuable asset in any of these professions.

Throughout the Pisces transit, any work or projects,  that involve or need these character traits will do very well.

NEPTUNE RETROGRADE:

Planet:  Neptune Sign:  Pisces Cycle:  Retrograde Date: June 12th - November 24th

When Neptune retrogrades the “message” from the Universe is to go within, reflect and use extreme discernment because all is not what it appears to be. The watery sign of Pisces ruled by Neptune is mutable is quality, representing the termination of the old and preparation for the new. One of four astrological mutable signs, the others being Gemini, Virgo and Sagittarius, denoting change and periods of transition.  Mutable signs are adaptable and have strong mental ability.

During Neptune retrograde it’ll be hard to see the reality/truth of many situations, without giving deep thought and contemplation to the matter, a time to get to the “root” of what is going on.The rose-colored glasses have to come off. .  Music, anything of a visual nature that is created will very likely be successful once the retrograde is over. 

Be mindful that throughout this transit over-indulgence in anything that will compromise the immune system (Pisces) is very unwise, in addition keeping a healthy regimen should be top of the list of things to do.   Being around people who are also “healthy” in Mind, SpirIt and Soul will circumvent frenemies and those who harbor secret, undermining agendas, that culminate in sorrow and self-undoing (Pisces).  

As Pisces rules the 12th house, one of the three house representing all things hidden, the others being the 4th house and 8th house, not everyone needs to know your personal business, because it’ll most surely come back to “haunt” you later and spread like wildfire.  Karmic debt is another area ruled by Neptune and Pisces, an indication that staying in harmony with Natural Law is advised and not to repeat, if possible, the same mistakes with different/same people over and over again.   Karmic debts eventually have to be “paid”, so it’s not a good idea to create more or ignore “signs” from the Universe.

This is a cycle when spiritual growth and development are necessary and important, dreams/meditations will be very vivid and meaningful throughout this transit, a pen and paper will prove to be the “Rosetta Stone” of the spiritual/physical worlds, a guide through this nebulous, tightrope transit of Neptune retrograde.
