Peru mutfağı inanılmaz zengin bir mutfak. Binlerce yıllık kültürlerine bir de İspanyol mutfağının eklenmesi, daha sonra Afrika kökenli kültürlerle karışmaları mutfaklarını apayrı bir boyuta taşımış. En meşhur yemeğiniz nedir diye sorulduğunda hemen hepsi ceviche diyor. Nedir peki bu Peru’nun milli yemeği ceviche? Balığın veya diğer deniz ürünlerinin narenciye (ağırlıklı olarak misket limonu) suyuyla marine edilmesi, ısıya gerek olmadan, sudaki asitle pişmesine dayanır. Bizde bu matfağın en başarılı örneklerinden Pisqu’da başta ceviche olmak üzere, şahane lezzetler tattık. Hikayelerimde hepsine yer vereceğim, herkese iyi akşamlar. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀🇬🇧 Life is too short! Not to shop and eat ceviche at Pisqu. First thing to say is that the food is absolutely amazing - corn Ceviche Pisqu, Pulpo, Risotto verde, just exquisite. The restaurant space is airy, plenty of natural light, and well-spaced upstairs where we ate. Energetic vibe around. Dishes we had were both fresh and full of taste, with vibrant smell of herbs. Excellent value for the West end where prices tend to be exhorbitant, but this place is very reasonable. Upmarket and trendy at the same time.
