So I got more Cookie Run Braverse cards (long story, we’re not unpacking that now), and I’m trying to organize them by release date of the cookies, and I’ve stumbled into the original versions of some of them (LINE/Kakao), and I realized just how many details from certain cookies didn’t pass onto the rest of the games:
Alchemist Cookie’s description of “made from the freshest of grapes, the fruit of the gods-” was originally “made from the freshest of grapes said to have descended from the heavens-”
Gumball Cookie’s been to the City of Wizards and is implied to have tried painting it
Cream Puff Cookie also knows about the City of Wizards! In fact, it’s what motivated her to study magic :]
Despite what it seems in the newer versions, Vampire Cookie doesn’t seem to really be affected by the alcohol in the grape juice. He’s just tired. He actually drinks it because he needs the grape juice to live (as in, needs to keep that 10% constantly), hence why he drinks so much. Also WE’RE SO RIGHT VAMPIRE NATION HE’S PASSIONATE ABOUT A LOT AND HE WILL DO EVERYTHING FOR ALCHEMIST HE JUST LIKES TAKING THINGS EASY

Pistachio Cookie’s original mission is to save cookies from the oven and rid it of dangers. However, this was later changed to saving them from the dangers that approached the cookie world, which makes me sad due to the insane amount of potential
Devil Cookie’s confirmed in the LINE/Kakao description to have originally been or was meant to be an Angel Cookie but was exposed to something that made it like this
Knight Cookie’s described as a living legend, can just??? Make his horse appear out of thin air??? And is described as the knight with the most stamina in history
Princess Cookie’s trained in martial arts
Nothing really new about his character, but Werewolf Cookie’s story has this line that didn’t pass to later versions that goes “do his eyes hold any traces of his former self? No one knows.” And it kills me, man
Snow Sugar Cookie’s original pronouns were it/its. This was later changed to they/them
Peppermint Cookie was also it/its before being changed to they/them
Cinnamon Cookie was also it/its before changing to he/him
One of Wizard Cookie’s most used spells is “mayeverydaybelikeHalloweennolessnomore” and I’m crying because why is it so long
Mint Choco Cookie and Cocoa Cookie were released on the same day in Kakao!
Moon Rabbit Cookie’s transformation was originally only under a full moon
Carol Cookie’s quote in her story used to end with “If Coins is what you need, let me sing of abundance” and was later changed to “If Jellies is what you need, let me sing of joy”
Sparkling Cookie’s the only Juice Bar Regular who isn’t from LINE/Kakao and actually debuted in Ovenbreak
Rebel Cookie’s story used to say that he stole the Witch’s possessions and shared them with others, but that was changed to him stealing from only wealthy and corrupt cookies
