Chew Out Loud's Pistachio Crusted Salmon recipe is a great way to enjoy crunchy pistachios, salty salmon, and a sweet honey-Dijon glaze. It's the perfect mix of tastes and textures to wow your dinner guests or make any meal during the week feel special.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each. 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped. 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 2 tbsp honey. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Chop up pistachios and mix them with panko breadcrumbs in a bowl. Use salt and pepper to season the salmon fillets with. Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil should all be mixed together in a different bowl. Spread the honey-mustard mix on top of each salmon fillet. Press the pistachio-panko mixture evenly onto the side of the salmon fillets that has been coated with mustard. Put the salmon fillets on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and the crust is golden brown. Serve right away and enjoy!
