   Fingers fidget , tapping like-mad against the side of his leg as he stared at Jeremy, waiting patiently for the other.  Even with how nervous this was making him ... he wanted to be here for his best friend in any way he could.

        worry lines her features as she touches the collar of his suit, gentle fingers feeling the fabric of it to explore it’s already known thickness as if it was new. the aftermath of battle surrounded them, yet all she could focus on was how cold he looked. “ this was as thick and warm as i could make it without you losing too much mobility. ” her hand reaches upward to lightly touch his cheek as she explains, in the process she finds that for the hundredth time that even against with the high temperature her hands developed during and after a blast, his skin still felt so cool. “ i don’t know what i could add to help... ” a frown. “ i’ll figure something out, though. i promise. ”
