Please go to @humanerescue and urge them not to euthanize Marley. We have people that want to adopt her despite an incident that recently happened where a dog off leash attacked Marley and she had to defend herself. We have a trainer on standby willing to evaluate her and train her and tons of people offering a new home. The rescue is dodging calls and is unwilling to take a chance instead of advocating for her. A lot of y’all may not know this about me... I’m a pit rescuer. I’ve nursed several abused pits throughout my years as one. But I kept one back in 2016, a blue pit named Damu. He had been beaten, burned and psychologically damaged. I along with having him lovingly and professionally trained by @atlk9boss helped him heal. He’s now the most loving and protective canine a dog owner could have. Last night, @tyealexandra put out a message that her friend was looking to take a seven week old blue pit to the pound. I was out of town, and I texted her that I wanted him. 18 hours later he was in my care. This is my new blue pit puppy. My oldest son named him Nipsey.
