Today the waterproofing began. The ground was dug up all around to get the dirt off the foundation. As you can see, all that moisture from 10 years was eating at the siding and causing a mold problem in the walls. Chris an’ nem treated the area and will begin laying the plastic tomorrow. Appliance shopping. I am emphatically not having fun. But I did find the washer and dryer I’m going to buy. I think. After HD brought me an electric unit instead of gas, I’m back in the streets searching for the perfect unit.
