workaround for pivotal tracker cdn issues
I found myself unable to access pivotal tracker this afternoon due to [their CDN issues](http://pivotallabs.com/users/dan/blog/articles/2283-more-trouble-with-the-cdn). If you--like me-- need to access to pivotal to get work done until they resolve the issue, I found that adding the following entries to [/etc/hosts](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_(file)): 208.85.146.99 cdn0-pivotaltracker.pantherssl.com 208.85.146.99 cdn1-pivotaltracker.pantherssl.com 208.85.146.99 cdn2-pivotaltracker.pantherssl.com 208.85.146.99 cdn3-pivotaltracker.pantherssl.com
