Request: Could you do headcanons for being the daughter of Linguini and Collette from Ratatouille? Linguini x Collette and a Child!Reader
Okay first of all, these two would be the sweetest parents.
Linguini is definitely the dad who loves and spoils his kid too much. He would give/get you anything you wanted
and Colette is the parent who is always complaining he spoils you too much, but secretly she thinks it's adorable
You'd eat well every night, Colette would definitely love cooking for you and her husband
Spending time at the restaurant, helping your mom cooking in the back. Helping your dad serve the customers.
Tell me Linguini wouldn't try and teach you how to rollerskate, much to Colette's chagrin. She's worried you'll hurt yourself but he can't help himself from teaching you (especially when you get so happy when he does)
Hanging out with Remy the rat. Come on you can't tell me these two, who love him so much wouldn't introduce you to their very best rat friend
Colette would definitely be the disciplinary parent. Linguini would never be able to bring himself do it, he would feel too bad, especially if you give him the puppy dog eyes

A/N: So I know this request was for a one shot but every time I tried to write it as a full one shot it sucked so much and I really tried several times so I hope it's okay I wrote it as headcanons instead! I really loved this idea so much!
Okay, so let's start with how the two of you met. Red pandas aren’t native to Toronto, Canada at all and so it's not like she just saw a red panda walking down the street one day, realized it talked and took it home.
No actually, you were a gift from the ancestors especially for her. You appeared in her room one day, while she was working on homework and explained you were there to help guide her.
At first she hated you, she doesn't need a talking animal to tell her how to live her life
Eventually though, the two of you settle into a rhythm. You become extraordinarily close.
You like to stand on her shoulder and you can't tell me that wouldn't be adorable. It's great because people will be like "oh my god, is that a red panda" and you'll be like "yes I am" and they run away screaming. Mei thinks it's hilarious.
Besides Mei though, you like to hang out with Miriam, Abby, Priya and Tyler too. After all, they are her besties and you're her bestie so it makes sense.
Abby loves you. She always wants to cuddle you and gives you the best belly rubs/pets.
Miriam and you cause trouble wherever the two of you go. Pranking people, causing mischief.
Priya likes to read you those cheesy romance novels she's so fond of and let me tell you, you've become so invested in them. Team werewolf all the way!
You like to sleep on Tyler's head, it's your favourite spot to perch besides Mei's shoulder
Listening to 4Town with the squad, best band ever in your opinion
You can't go to school, though, so the day is usually spent wandering around the temple/apartment
Mei's parents are great and sometimes you'll bug them for scraps of food, but most of time you just sunbathe outside of the temple
Karaoke nights are always fun too, just because you're a red panda doesn't mean you can't still party
At night, you curl up at Mei's feet, like a dog
Those are basic headcanons, now for your fire powers
So, not even you knew you had these powers, but if Mei is in trouble or upset, you have the ability to use fire to protect her

BONUS: yes Abby loses her mind when you're around and Mei is in panda form. Two red pandas is better than one.

Alberto Dating Headcanons
Request: Hi! I was wondering if you could write some general dating headcanons for Alberto since there's so little content about him :((( feel free to ignore my request byee <3
We all know Alberto is more talk than he is walk, so he'd probably be really nervous to ask you out at first
And yeah, there'd be a lot of freaking out (much to Luca and Giulia's annoyance though they're too nice to say anything!)
Eventually it gets so bad though, that they just decide to set you up themselves
Alberto is definitely the kind of guy who would act macho around you, until he realizes you're not really into that and returns to his normal self
Definitely a cuddler, he is touch starved from being stuck on the island for so long. Hug him!
Because of the above point, he's actually a fan of all physical touch. Hand holding? yes. Running your fingers through his hair? yes! Kissing him (cheeks or lips)??? YES!
Definitely the kind of guy who swings your arms when you hold hands, can't convince me otherwise
He likes to drape his arm around your shoulders, especially when someone who makes him nervous is around you
Be prepared to listen to him ramble, because he barely shuts up haha
But he's supportive of you, whatever you want to do, he's always going to have your back 100%

Definitely a hopeless romantic. He will play you music, buy you flowers and take you on fancy dates but you prefer the moments when it's just the two of you without all the extra stuff

Okay, to start off Buzz (as we all know) is a GENTLEMAN
He is respectful, and very conscious of you and your space. If you want him around, he will be there for you, if you'd rather be on your own, he will give you your space
Totally a bit of a show off, if he's feeling a little bit jealous or sometimes even for the heck of it, he will do something really hot shotty to get your attention.

Spending lots of time together, doing whatever during the day while Andy's at school (and later in the toy box). Just the two of you, because yeah the other toys are great but they can be a bit much at times

Trying to Warn Linguini and Colette about a Leak
Request: May I request headcanons for Colette and Linguini (separately) reacting to their female S/O (who's a firefighter) warning them about a gas or methane leak in their restaurant?
Linguini
You always swing by after your own shift to pick Linguini up from work
He works at a fun restaurant and all of his coworkers (even the less human ones) feel like family to you at this point, it's nice he has people besides you who care as much about him as you
It's the first thing you notice when you enter the building, the stench is awful and you have to get to the bottom of where it's coming from
None of the workers seem to notice what you're talking about, it must've happened during the day and they all had gotten used to the smell
"You're telling me none of you smell that? It's awful!"
Linguini doesn't see the problem, he's already pulling his coat on, ready to head home and get some much needed rest
"What does it smell like? The rats are always bringing weird things in here, and some of the staff was cutting this awful fish earlier..."
That's probably why they didn't notice the smell. "Rotten..."
Before you could even finish answering, you realized, stomach sinking what was going on
"You need to get everyone out!" You instructed him and he didn't waste any time following your orders, although he was confused by the sudden outburst
He managed to get everyone out safely, while you called the proper authorities. Turns out the methane gas was leaking and had been most of the day, it wasn't fatal, thank god everyone would be fine (no long term effects) but it could've been had you not recognized it in time
Linguini definitely feels like an idiot for not recognizing the scent sooner
"It's my job, don't beat yourself up, you did great anyway."
And he gets a few days off to spend time with you, which is always a plus
Colette
Colette is headstrong and believes she knows what's best at all times, so it can be kind of hard sometimes for the two of you to agree on things
When you come to her with the possibility that her restaurant could possibly be leaking gas, she thinks you're ridiculous
She doesn't want to purposely put her employees in danger but she thinks she would know if something like that happened in her restaurant
The longer she stays in the restaurant, the more panicked you become
The longer she's exposed to the gas, the more dangerous it is for her and everyone involved
But she's stubborn and she won't give in, no matter what you say
"Please, Colette. I'm not trying to make you look bad, I love you and that's why you need to leave. You're going to get hurt or worse if you stay here."
You try to explain to her but she still refuses to leave
You start to become more and more frustrated, eventually causing you to explode on her right there and then in front of all of her employees
"GOD DAMN IT, I CAN'T LOSE YOU! YOU MEAN THE WORLD TO ME, YOU EITHER COME WITH ME OR I'M CARRYING YOU OUT OF THIS RESTAURANT MYSELF!"
She's surprised by the outburst, and surprisingly, doesn't unleash her own outburst
Instead, she sets her stuff down and lets her staff know they have to leave and they file out. You hang back, walking out with her to make sure she gets to safety (and an ambulance)
"I've never heard you yell like that.." She mutters
"You've never put yourself in danger like that."
The authorities confirm it was a gas leak and she feels really stupid for almost putting everyone in her restaurant in danger, she feels bad for not listening to you right away
"It's not your fault, but next time when it comes to stuff like that, listen to me."
She agrees, still too shaken up from the days events to protest
