and i went and bought ANOTHER fire dragon. Davy why do you have to be so difficult????

anyway, the boy on the left is nice and intense in color, but needs a SD scroll, plus i have a number of double blue-range dragons already. the boy on the right is already a skydancer... but he doesn’t have a very good tert, plus he has the same genes as one of the other fandragons in the set. however I really like the high contrast with the blue and orange

look at these disappointing dragons. each of them is one off. ONE. OFF.

honeydew primary on the spiral, honey tert on the bogsneak. WHY

I might have to settle for the bog because she came from my longshot pair and who knows how long it’ll take to get another radioactive/abyss/anything out of those guys. previews aren’t TOO bad depending on breed... will have to try again with the spiral’s parents though, because honeydew primary is totally unacceptable. two more weeks :’) totally going to boon the next nest because fuck it

the moral of the story is that ‘honey’ named colors are extremely cursed

if/when I finally produce the right colors I am going to exalt these dragons with extreme prejudice

I finally came up with lore for one of my girls, and she needs some nice tribal apparel I already gave her a bunch of black birdskull apparel, but her head needs something….
