It wasn’t that long ago that every kid had — or dreamed of having — a pocket-sized gaming system to carry around in his back pocket.
Gameboy was the penultimate gaming accessory, allowing enthusiasts to play anywhere and anytime they wanted, but modern day gamers are hard-pressed to find its equivalent in our current times of must-do-everything portable electronics.
Enter Pixel Vision: a handmade pocket-sized portable game system that can store up to 10,000 vintage games. Each one of these limited edition, foldable gamers is handmade from walnut, and runs on a system emulating classic consoles like the NES and Atari 2600. Creator Love Hultén calls it “a link between the present and the past and a tribute to gaming.”
