Eventually, Pixel did come back to us. His disappearance did cause Trey and I have a serious discussion. It was one thing for us to live in the apartment, but was it smart the raise the twins here?
Plus, we were eventually gonna run out of room. While empty, that spare bedroom had looked so large. Once we had added the twins’ furniture, we realized how small it really was.
That about sums up how I feel.

Poor Pixel got sick too. Trey took our kitty to get all better. This better not be a sign that he’s gonna be an elder soon.

Living in our apartment with a skittish cat was not always fun. Our area was in a quake zone. Normally, Trey and I were able to help keep Pixel calm during those times. Unfortunately, with the twins newly born, we weren’t quite on the ball for the most recent quake. Pixel escaped out of the house before we were able to catch him.
