This is a gift in progress for my good friend @awdplace. His wonderful character, Pixels! Currently I only have my laptop on me (my new tablet was shipped to my old address out of state and I cannot make the three hour trip to get it due to some pretty nasty weather in New England at the moment) so I’ve been relying on patience and the Photoshop Pen Tool. I was hoping to finish it before Valentine’s Day, but it’s taking me a lot longer than expected. None the less, I’ve been enjoying plugging away at it very much.

Andrew is one of the sweetest, most talented individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Anyone who’s acquainted with me can attest to my lack of self-confidence and intermittent bouts of severe depression. He’s one of the handful of people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting online who’s been nothing but patient, uplifting, and an all around candle in the dark. On top of all that, he’s one of the most talented character designers and artists I have ever seen! His work makes me grateful for eyesight, he’s fabulous in so many ways,

It was so hard choosing which character of his to draw...as a matter of fact, this sketch started out very differently and came into fruition while I was still working as a baker/caterer. I was on the phone with a client who was ordering a cake and felt inclined to doodle Pixels on the corner of an order sheet.

Hope you like it, Andrew, and thank you for all the wonderful inspiration and positivity you’ve brought into my life! I promise I’ll finish her as soon as possible. I may not be on Twitter anymore, but you know where to find me if you need me!

Pixels from downlovable content my favorite web comic!^^ it’s made by @awd-eheroes I recommend give it a read it’s a great story with well design characters I hope he gets back to this series eventually the characters are well written and well designed. :)
