aaaaaaa I went back to read Pirates against Pan and all I can think about is, if the characters were ooc (in my mind) the "lets revolt" meeting would end so quickly because Jake knew his ass would lose against Izzy right then and there whenever she started asking questions. So much so that he contemplated NOT inviting her because he knows he's going to fold but he invited her anyways as to not arouse suspicion in Cubby and Skully, plus the other residents, because while he knows they trust his word, they only trust him for protection reasons ("They" as in the other residents) not logic reasons that's Izzy specialty. Without her questioning they aren't really going to trust his reasoning..
and it's not that he can't argue with her over life alter shit before, he has! But the difference between then and now is that this event has an effect on Neverland as a WHOLE as him in become the ruler and overthrowing Peter Pan.
When asks "why are planning to overthrow him, what has he done to wrong you?" and the person to actually answer her question isn't Jake but instead one of the captains (Well he answers first but he like hem hums it). She clocks who really wants to overthrow Peter and it's not Jake. And Jake just gives his crew (not Izzy and cubby + skully but the captains) a sad puppy stare in defeat, she caught on and their "revolution" is already over😔She manages to talk him down enough to reconsider everything, he still very much trusts her word and advice; and her advice goes against their plan. Plus without the support of the entirety of neverland then its fuckin over....
Unless. 😏. You get rid of the problem holding him back first (they will make an enemy)
