Last night my dear friend @pixpoochie came to visit me. Even though he had only just had knee surgery this spring he wanted to accompany me on the hike from Lauterbrunnen to Griesalp. It turned out that his knee was never a problem, more so his fright of heights - this leg of the #viaalpina was awfully steep with loose gravel and snowfields up to where a stair resembling more of a ladder brought us to the very top of Sefinafurgga. #pixpoochie was actually quite relieved to see that quite a thick fog had built up on the other side of the mountain so he didn’t have to see what the descent looked like.
