another Fic I Will Never Write But My God I Wish I Could: post-canon ouran high school host club where they're all in university (anime canon i have not read the manga) and haruhi and kyouya and tamaki all end up at the same place somehow, and slowly over the course of their four years there they realize they work well together as a throuple. i picture this as like tamaki and haruhi have been together for a while already and kyouya just hangs around and is emotionally dense about WHY he's hanging around. tamaki is also oblivious and just kinda happy to be there? he's in business school at his family's behest while haruhi and kyouya are in like. astrophysics and biomed engineering or something. anyway haruhi knows what's going on probably but doesn't want to push so it's just a horrendously long slow burn as they orbit each other and get ever more enmeshed in each other's lives (kyouya moves in at some point--it's silly to maintain a separate apartment when he's always over at haruhi and tamaki's anyway) until finally something Happens and kyouya and tamaki realize that they're in love with each other AND haruhi and haruhi is like oh finally and then happy endings all around. the twins dress them for their three-way wedding that tamaki makes possible through Application Of Money or something. idk
