Tried a few of my PiYo moves this morning only to notice that I'm a little rusty. I need to work on my form & flexibility again. Last year around this time I did PiYo and instantly noticed some nice muscles forming in my arms. This program is all about strength and flexibility. Are you in need of some help with that?
