The real fight begins 2 hours before the daily reset. Anyone who wants a spot in the higher tiers or to maintain rank, save your refreshes for the last 3 hours because it will be a dogfight. Let your stam naturally refresh.

But most importantly. Don’t make panicked decisions.

Okay, this is my little attempt at some help with the pizza event. I played the event on the taiwan server, but tbh my account there is not that old (only about two months) and I’m also kind of lazy with it, so my food souls were not that strong and I couldn’t test it as thoroughly as I would have liked.

That said.

From what I know from personal experience and also from what I’ve heard from the various discords I’m in, this is a basic gameplan for Pizza.

To get a 0* Pizza you need to defeat 100 clowns. This can be broken down to 7 a day. We have 120 event stamina which regens at 1 point every 4 minutes, so 360 per day. Optimally you should be looking at playing three times a day if you can. If you can’t, well, sometimes life gets in the way of games and there’s nothing you can do, so try not to sweat it too much.

For the first four chapters there will be ten locations for the map, and you need to click each one to find the clown. If it’s not a clown, it’ll be an npc, and you get 500 points for defeating each one of those. If you do find a clown, here’s what you should try to do.

You get points based on how much damage you do to the clowns at a rate of about 1000 damage for 1 point. Sounds like a lot, but don’t worry, my little level 28ish team on the taiwan server did decently and it wasn’t very well put together at all, so I’m sure you’ll do a lot better. 

Suggested souls for clown are: Toso, Sanma, Laba Congee, Tangyuan, Mooncake

The clown does a lot of aoe damage as well as a bleed debuff that takes damage away over time, which Laba can clear. His strong aoe’s can be blocked by Tangyuan, and his self-buffs can be somewhat cleared by Toso/Mooncake, just like the World Boss Aluna’s.

You have to manually click the clowns when they show up so there is reason to believe that you can leave the battle and retry it if it’s going badly.

The only thing I dispute on that doc is the amount of crystals for the top-up event, since you need 5k crystals total for the highest tier, which *only* costs about $150 CAD. Not $960. Sorry this was a misunderstanding on my part! Hinabes let me know so I’m crossing this out, sorry for the mistake!

Pizza Event?

Wait when does it start? I see some posts saying it starts tomorrow. I live on the west coast in MERICA and the game day rolls over around 5pm. So do people mean tomorrow as in the games "tomorrow" or literally tomorrow?
