A very simple and delicious pepperoni puff!
Its a puff with a lot of cheese and some pepperoni, these gougères go great with a side of marinara sauce.

1 Cup Water
4 oz Butter
4 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Oregano
1 Cup Gruyere, grated
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/3 Cup Chopped Pepperoni, or more
Bake at 425 degree for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and pierce with a small knife Return to a turned off oven for an additional 10 minutes.
